- E-commerce Buyer Company Qurbat Ethnic Wear Brand Location Gurgaon Experience Required 2- Years in Buying Merchandising preferably in Apparel E commerce Industry Role Overview As an E-commerce Buyer at Qurbat you will be responsible for managing the end-to-endbuying cycle for our ethnic apparel range This includes supplier management productselection seasonal buying visits merchandise assessment image shoots and collaborationwith the website team to ensure the right products are showcased online Key Responsibilities Buying Merchandising o Plan and execute seasonal buying strategies aligned with sales and fashion trends o Conduct supplier connect meetings to source new collections and negotiate pricing timelines and quality o Organize and attend buying visits to assess new designs fabrics and market trends o Prepare and monitor assessment buying plans to ensure assortment meets salesand customer demand o Track inventory performance and recommend reorders or markdowns Product Content Management o Coordinate product photoshoots with internal teams photographers to ensure high quality images o Ensure all product images descriptions and attributes are updated correctly for thewebsite catalog o Collaborate with the website marketing team for product launches onlinepromotions and campaigns Supplier Vendor Management o Build strong relationships with vendors for timely delivery and quality assurance o Negotiate best commercial terms with suppliers o Ensure compliance with company quality and ethical sourcing standards Analytics Reporting o Monitor sales data product performance and online customer preferences o Provide inputs on trends pricing and competition to strengthen buying strategies o Prepare weekly monthly buying performance reports for management Key Skills Competencies o Strong knowledge of apparel buying sourcing and merchandising preferablyethnic wear o Positive eye for fashion trends fabrics and consumer preferences o Hands-on experience in e-commerce cataloging website merchandising o Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills o Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and E-commerce platforms Shopify Magento WooCommerce o Strong communication and coordination skills Educational Qualification o Graduate Postgraduate in Fashion Textile Business Management or related field Job Type Full-time Pay 350 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Work Location In person
