We re looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team at BTNEvents As a fresh face in the industry you ll have the opportunity to work on exciting brand promotion projects creating engaging videos that help our clients tell their stories This is a great chance for someone passionate about video editing to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced and creative environment Key Responsibilities Editing Brand Videos Work with raw video footage and transform it into engaging polished videos for our clients promotional campaigns social media ads product videos and brand stories Social Media Content Create video content optimized for social media platforms Instagram YouTube TikTok etc keeping in mind platform-specific requirements like aspect ratios and video length Motion Graphics Assist in creating basic motion graphics e g text overlays lower-thirds animated logos to enhance videos Learning Growth Stay updated with new video editing techniques trends and tools to improve your skills and help elevate the company s video content Feedback Integration Review and implement feedback from senior editors or creative leads to refine and finalize video content Archiving Organization Maintain an organized library of video assets raw footage and project files for easy access and retrieval Qualifications Bachelor s degree or currently pursuing in Film Production Media Studies Design Marketing or related fields is a plus but not mandatory A strong passion for video editing and storytelling with a desire to learn and grow in the industry Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve Familiarity with motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects is an advantage but not required Understanding of audio syncing and basic audio editing skills A keen eye for detail with a basic understanding of color grading transitions and visual composition Creativity and a desire to bring fresh ideas to each project Robust communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback well Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively working within deadlines A strong interest in social media trends video marketing and brand promotion Preferred Qualifications Not mandatory Experience with Adobe After Effects or any other animation software Exposure to branding and marketing campaigns Familiarity with YouTube SEO or best practices for video marketing Portfolio or personal video editing work even if it s for school projects personal YouTube channels etc to showcase creativity and technical skills What We Offer Mentorship from experienced video editors and creative leads Hands-on experience working on a variety of brand promotional projects Opportunities for professional growth and skill development in a fast-paced creative environment A collaborative team atmosphere where your ideas are valued Flexible work hours and possible remote working options Career development opportunities and potential for advancement in the company Job Types Fresher Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 5 000 00 per month Work Location In person
