Job Title HR Executive Department Human Resources Location Kothapet Hyderabad About Us Swarnakanchi is the flagship brand of JVR Retail Pvt Ltd a trusted name in the textile and jewellery sector We combine tradition with innovation to provide our customers with premium sarees garments and gold jewellery At JVR we value a solid workforce that shares our vision for excellence integrity and customer satisfaction Job Purpose The HR Executive will support the overall HR functions including recruitment onboarding attendance payroll processing employee engagement compliance and performance management to ensure smooth operations of the HR department Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Post job openings on portals screen resumes conduct initial interviews Manage onboarding and induction processes 2 HR Operations Maintain employee records soft and hard copies Monitor and track attendance and leave management Handle payroll inputs and liaise with the accounts department 3 Compliance Statutory Requirements Ensure compliance with labour laws PF ESI Bonus etc Assist in audits and inspections 4 Employee Engagement Welfare Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events Act as a bridge between management and staff to address concerns 5 Performance Management Coordinate appraisal processes and maintain appraisal records Track probation periods and confirmation processes Key Skills Competencies Good understanding of HR policies and labour laws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools High level of integrity and confidentiality Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Qualification Experience MBA Completed 0-1 years of experience in HR retail sector preferred Fluency in Telugu and English is essential Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Language English Preferred Hindi Preferred Telugu Required Work Location In person
