Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and workshop-based training in Carpentry trade as per NSDC guidelines Teach inmates about tools equipment handling measurements joinery furniture making and finishing techniques Prepare lesson plans training schedules and maintain trainee progress records Ensure safe working practices and discipline inside the training area Assess and evaluate trainees performance through practical and theory tests Coordinate with project officials for reporting and compliance requirements Required Qualifications Experience ITI Diploma Certification in Carpentry or related field Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in carpentry trade teaching industry Prior experience in vocational training NSDC programs will be preferred Positive communication and interpersonal skills Hindi Punjabi preferred Ability to work in a correctional environment with patience and discipline Job Type Full-time Pay 11 279 97 - 15 333 24 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
