Job Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team at Inspace Haldwani The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing architectural projects related to modular furniture interiors showrooms and allied spaces This role requires innovative design thinking technical expertise and the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic solutions Key Responsibilities Develop creative architectural concepts and detailed designs for modular furniture interiors and commercial spaces Prepare and present design proposals drawings 3D models and layouts using AutoCAD Revit or similar design software Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions aligned with their vision and budget Work closely with civil engineers contractors and project teams to ensure smooth project execution Conduct site visits monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality safety and design standards Prepare BOQs cost estimates and coordinate material selections with vendors and suppliers Requirements Bachelor s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution 2-3 years of proven experience in architectural design preferably in interiors modular furniture projects Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit 3Ds Max or other relevant design tools Strong understanding of space planning design aesthetics and material knowledge Good project management communication and client-handling skills Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
