Key Responsibilities Team Management Supervise and coordinate production staff assigning tasks setting expectations and conducting performance reviews Production Oversight Monitor production processes and equipment ensure workflows are efficient and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime Quality Control Implement and enforce quality standards to ensure products meet customer specifications and internal requirements Safety and Compliance Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies maintaining a safe work workplace Resource Management Allocate resources effectively schedule production runs to meet demand and maintain accurate production records and reports Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs Collaboration Work with other departments such as maintenance quality assurance and engineering to resolve issues and support overall business goals Training and Development Coach mentor and train employees to develop their skills and foster a positive collaborative team culture Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
