Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations tenant relations and asset management of residential commercial properties The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations maximizing occupancy maintaining strong relationships with tenants owners and achieving revenue targets while upholding the company s standards of service and compliance While prior experience in property management or real estate is preferred freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are also welcome to apply Key Responsibilities Property Operations Manage the daily operations of assigned properties Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are in excellent condition Coordinate with vendors contractors and service providers for repairs and upgrades Tenant Owner Relations Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners Address tenant inquiries concerns and complaints promptly Ensure lease agreements renewals and terminations are handled efficiently Financial Management Monitor rent collection deposits and arrears Prepare and manage property budgets operating expenses and revenue reports Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and reduce costs Leasing Marketing Support leasing efforts to ensure high occupancy rates Assist in property marketing campaigns tenant acquisition and retention strategies Maintain up-to-date listings and property portfolios Compliance Reporting Ensure compliance with local property laws regulations and housing standards Maintain accurate records agreements and documentation Generate regular performance and operational reports for management Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Real Estate or a related field preferred - with 2 experience - freshers can also apply Proven experience as a Property Manager or in real estate operations Strong knowledge of property management software real estate regulations and industry best practices Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively Strong financial acumen and analytical skills Leadership qualities with the ability to manage on-site staff vendors Key Competencies Problem-solving and decision-making Attention to detail Time management Relationship building Strategic thinking Adaptability and resilience Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 35 000 00 - 60 202 15 per month Perks Leave encashment Application Question s Are you available for Face to Face Interview Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Willingness to travel 25 Required
