Job Title Telecalling Sales Executive Female Location Coimbatore Company Omega Seiki Mobility OSM - Dealership CBM Motors Industry Electric Vehicle EV Dealership Omega Seiki Mobility OSM - Dealership CBM Motors is seeking a confident and motivated Telecalling Sales Executive Female to manage customer interactions over phone calls and help boost showroom footfall The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a sales-driven mindset and a customer-friendly approach Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain CBM Motors EV product offerings Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and online platforms Handle incoming customer inquiries related to EV models pricing and test drives Book appointments for showroom visits and test drives Maintain customer database and call logs with accuracy Share promotional information and offers through calls WhatsApp and SMS Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for daily updates and follow-ups Required Skills Qualifications Minimum qualification 12th pass or any degree Graduate preferred 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service freshers welcome Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism Basic knowledge of EVs or willingness to learn Preferred Qualities Friendly and persuasive phone etiquette Target-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable using smartphones WhatsApp and basic computer tools Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
