Role Overview The Business Development Administrator will support the Business Development team in identifying opportunities managing client interactions preparing documentation and ensuring smooth coordination of all business development activities This role requires excellent organizational communication and multitasking skills Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of business proposals presentations and contracts Maintain and update client databases CRM systems and sales records Support in lead generation prospecting and follow-ups Coordinate meetings calls and business development events Track sales performance prepare reports and highlight pipeline opportunities Liaise with internal departments finance operations legal for seamless deal execution Handle correspondence documentation and administrative tasks for the BD team Conduct basic market research to support new initiatives Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or business development support role Strong proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace Word Excel PowerPoint Knowledge of CRM tools e g Salesforce HubSpot is an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Key Competencies Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking Proactive and solution-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professionalism and solid interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
