Perform routine mechanical maintenance and inspections on CNC machines e g Fanuc Siemens Makino Mazak Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components such as ball screws guideways bearings linear rails gearboxes spindles and couplings Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance PM tasks and maintain maintenance checklists Dismantle repair and reassemble CNC mechanical components as needed Check and align machine axes spindle runout backlash and lubrication systems Support installation and alignment of current CNC machines or retrofitting of mechanical parts Maintain documentation of repairs service logs and parts replacements Collaborate with electrical maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime and optimize machine performance Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and company standards Monitor the condition of machine tools and advise on part replacements or upgrades Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
