Females Only We are looking for a result-driven and persuasive Telecaller to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for generating leads converting inquiries into admissions sales and providing excellent customer service Alongside sales activities you will also assist with light administrative tasks to support daily operations Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students customers to promote courses programs or services and achieve sales enrollment targets Handle inbound calls resolve queries and provide accurate and engaging information Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion rates Maintain and update student customer databases call logs and daily sales reports Assist with appointment scheduling data entry and other basic administrative tasks Collaborate with the counseling marketing team to execute campaigns and meet monthly revenue goals Provide feedback on customer needs preferences and trends to improve services Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in any discipline Proven communication and convincing skills with a passion for sales Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools email handling Pleasant personality with a confident and student-friendly approach Ability to work under pressure and meet daily weekly monthly targets Advanced English proficiency spoken and written Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
