Job Title Transport Executive Department Logistics Operations Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Executive to manage and coordinate daily transportation operations PAN India The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries optimize routes maintain compliance with regulations and liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule transportation routes to ensure timely delivery of goods Coordinate with drivers vendors and logistic teams Monitor vehicle movement and resolve any transit-related issues Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies Assist in cost optimization and route planning Prepare daily and weekly transport reports for management Handle documentation related to dispatches invoices and delivery notes Support audits and inspections related to transport operations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field Preferred 1-3 years of experience in transport or logistics operations Familiarity with transport management systems TMS Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations Preferred Skills Experience in fleet management or vendor coordination Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Knowledge of local geography and route optimization What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to grow within a dynamic logistics team Exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
