Responsibilities - Overseeing construction activities on site - Managing parts of construction projects - Supervising contracted staff - Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications budgets or timescales - Providing technical advice and solving problems on site - Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork - Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and purchasing of necessary materials - Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to - Oversee all aspects relating to the planning design construction and occupancy of medium to large business offices and call center projects - Review all proposed plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunities - Manage annual capital planning process - Coordinate with Construction Managers and the Supply Chain department to identify and partner with select vendors to perform outsourced services for an assigned project - Carry out plan and spec analysis in order to provide transparent trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design drawings for construction - Plan manage and coordinate minor workspace modifications construction activities in the region and ensure they are in compliance with various OHS EHS Access Fire Safety standards - Chair weekly project meetings with consultants and internal partners attend all IT project meetings to ensure all projects are properly coordinated and communicated to all internal groups as required - Spearhead project in full Civil Engineer Degree is Mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay 75 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have Civil Engineer s Degree Work Location In person
