We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and enhance customer relationships in our real estate business The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through to post-sales service and customer retention Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers Act as a trusted advisor to clients understanding their property needs and investment preferences Provide personalized assistance throughout the property purchase journey Lead Nurturing Follow-Ups Engage with leads generated by the marketing or pre-sales teams Conduct timely follow-ups via calls emails or site visits Convert qualified leads into walk-ins and successful sales Site Visits Sales Support Schedule and coordinate site visits explain project features and address client queries Work closely with the sales team to support client closures and documentation Coordinate between clients and various internal departments CRM Legal Finance for smooth transactions Customer Satisfaction Post-Sales Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering continuous support and communication Address and resolve customer concerns or issues post-booking Collect feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or any related field 2-6 years of experience in relationship management client servicing or real estate sales Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong customer-centric attitude with a skilled demeanor Ability to handle client objections and provide effective solutions Working knowledge of CRM tools MS Office and real estate sales processes Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits Job Type Full-time Pay 17 111 59 - 66 435 66 per month Work Location In person
