E-Commerce Dispatch Co-ordinator We are looking for an individual to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations The role involves handling customer orders from start to finish picking products from the warehouse packing them securely ensuring timely dispatch and maintaining accurate stock updates This person will be a key link between warehouse activities and online order fulfilment Key Responsibilities Order Management Process daily online orders from all sales channels website marketplaces etc Picking Packing Collect ordered products from the warehouse shelves check quality and pack them as per company standards for delivery Dispatch Handover Coordinate with courier logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery Inventory Control Regularly update stock levels in the system notify management about low-stock or out-of-stock items Returns Replacements Assist in handling returned items checking product condition and updating inventory accordingly Record Keeping Maintain logs of daily orders packed items dispatched shipments and stock movement Coordination Work closely with the operations management team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in warehouse logistics or e-commerce operations preferred Basic computer knowledge Excel Google Sheets or inventory software Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Advantages Paid sick time Work Location In person
