Job Title Yoga Instructor Location Patiala About Us We are a health nutrition-focused organization dedicated to helping clients achieve overall wellness through diet lifestyle and mindful practices To enhance our holistic offerings we are looking for a skilled Yoga Instructor who can conduct yoga sessions for our clients Key Responsibilities Conduct regular yoga classes group individual sessions Design and deliver yoga routines tailored to client needs weight management stress relief flexibility hormonal balance therapeutic yoga etc Guide clients in proper breathing techniques meditation and relaxation practices Ensure protected practice by demonstrating correct postures and modifications Collaborate with our diet wellness team to provide holistic support Motivate and engage clients to maintain consistency and achieve their goals Requirements Certified Yoga Instructor Prior experience in conducting yoga sessions Strong knowledge of yoga postures pranayama and meditation Good communication skills Hindi Punjabi or English Passionate about wellness and client-centric in approach Preferred Experience in therapeutic yoga PCOS thyroid weight loss pregnancy postpartum Ability to create engaging and motivating sessions Work Mode In-person Patiala Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
