ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE POSITION Accounts Executive LOCATION Dhumal Nagar Vasai On need basis have to visit other factories in Vasai SALARY 5 to 6 lpa GENDER Male candidates PREFERED Candidates from manufacturing background Eductaional Qualification B Com M Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting Experience 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting Working days 1 sat off after completing 8 months of probation Please note 1 Kindly share candidates who has valuable knowledge experience in SAP 2 Also share profiles who stay nearby to Vasai Job Summary The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations purchase-related financial entries vendor reconciliations and supporting accurate financial reporting using Tally ERP and SAP Key Responsibilities Handle purchase orders vendor bills and supplier payments in coordination with the Purchase Department Record and maintain accounting transactions ledgers and vouchers in Tally ERP Process invoices GRNs Goods Receipt Notes and purchase-related reconciliations in SAP Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlements Prepare and reconcile vendor accounts bank statements and financial records Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities Generate MIS reports and provide accurate data for audits and compliance Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth financial operations Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance 2-4 years of experience in Accounts or Finance preferably with exposure to Purchase Department Proficiency in SAP Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel Good communication analytical and organizational skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have 2-4 years of experience in Accounts or Finance preferably with exposure to Purchase Department from Pharma Manufactring industries Are you B Com M Com Do you proficient with SAP ERP PRIME Do you have experience into audits and compliance Purchase Department Do you stay near Vasai-Virar Language English Preferred Work Location In person
