Lead mentor and manage a team of DevOps engineers and Linux administrators to achieve project and operational goals Architect implement and manage scalable Linux-based infrastructure on AWS using core services such as EC2 S3 RDS VPC IAM Lambda CloudFormation CloudWatch and more Develop maintain and optimize CI CD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab CI or equivalent Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation Manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker to support microservices deployment Define implement and enforce DevOps best practices including security monitoring logging backup and disaster recovery Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments Oversee incident management root cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex production issues Drive continuous process improvements including documentation of infrastructure runbooks standard operating procedures SOPs and best practices Ensure compliance with organizational security policies audit requirements and industry standards Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide transparent progress updates Skills 6 years of Linux system administration and AWS experience with deep troubleshooting and performance tuning skills Minimum 2 years of experience leading DevOps teams and projects Solid experience with AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS VPC IAM Lambda CloudFormation CloudWatch and others Proven skills in building and managing CI CD pipelines Jenkins GitLab CI CircleCI Expertise in automation and configuration management tools Terraform Ansible Shelli Script Hands-on experience with containerization Docker and orchestration Kubernetes Solid scripting ability in Bash Python or equivalent languages Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack or CloudWatch Strong knowledge of networking security best practices and cloud architecture principle Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills UG
