We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality and sustainable designs Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Design Oversight Lead the development of conceptual designs layouts and detailed architectural plans Ensure that all designs meet client requirements project objectives and regulatory standards Provide design direction and technical expertise to the architecture team throughout the project lifecycle Client Consultation Stakeholder Management Collaborate with clients to understand project vision objectives and requirements Conduct client presentations and incorporate feedback into design modifications Coordinate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution Technical Review Compliance Oversee and review architectural drawings models and technical documentation Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes zoning laws and safety regulations Perform quality checks to ensure project milestones are met with accuracy Team Mentorship Supervision Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members Review and provide feedback on team deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with project goals Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment Project Management Coordination Develop project timelines allocate resources and manage budgets effectively Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep the project on track Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines Sustainability Innovation Promote the use of sustainable design practices and energy-efficient building systems Stay updated with emerging trends technologies and best practices in architecture and urban design Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture B Arch M Arch or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other architectural design tools Strong knowledge of building codes safety regulations and zoning laws Extensive experience in handling complex design projects and working with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication leadership and project management skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of LEED Green Building Standards and Sustainable Design Principles Hands-on experience with BIM Building Information Modeling and 3D visualization tools Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
