Job Title Service Advisor - Two-Wheeler Automobile Showroom Location Nadakkavu Ramanattukara Koduvally Job Summary The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service team ensuring a smooth and professional service experience This role involves customer interaction understanding vehicle issues job card creation job estimation and coordinating service and repairs with the workshop team Key Responsibilities Greet customers and schedule service appointments Understand and document customer complaints and concerns about their two-wheeler Open and maintain accurate job cards with detailed notes Provide estimates for service repairs and spare parts Coordinate with mechanics technicians to prioritize and monitor job progress Ensure quality control and final inspection before delivery Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a two-wheeler dealership Education Diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering or related field Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience may also be considered Pay 12k - 20k Incentives Bonuses based on performance Job Types Full time Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
