We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Back Office Executive to support our operations team in the jewellery industry The ideal candidate should have a good command of Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for accuracy Key Responsibilities Enter and update data related to stock designs vendors and clients in internal systems and Excel sheets Maintain accurate records of sales orders and inventory Coordinate with internal departments sales production dispatch for smooth data flow Perform daily data reconciliation and generate reports as needed Assist in preparing product master sheets and catalog updates Support back-office operations including documentation and filing Ensure confidentiality and data integrity at all times Requirements Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Table etc is a plus Good typing speed and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Strong organizational and time management skills Positive communication skills Freshers with good Excel skills are welcome Candidates from jewellery background will be given preference Benefits Training provided Growth opportunities within the company Friendly and supportive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
