Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Billing Engineer to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reviewing and submitting bills for civil engineering projects ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with contractual requirements Key Responsibilities 1 Billing and Costing Prepare review and submit bills for civil engineering projects including measurement calculation and pricing of work done 2 Contract Management Ensure compliance with contractual requirements including payment terms billing schedules and dispute resolution procedures 3 Quantity Surveying Conduct site measurements calculate quantities and prepare bills of quantities for civil engineering projects 4 Cost Estimation Estimate costs for civil engineering projects including materials labor and equipment 5 Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing costing and contract management activities 6 Communication Liaise with project managers engineers and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment 7 Dispute Resolution Assist in resolving disputes related to billing and payment including negotiations with clients and contractors Requirements 1 Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2 Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering quantity surveying or billing 3 Skills Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles contract management and billing procedures Proficient in MS Office Excel and billing software 4 Certifications Certification in quantity surveying or billing e g PQS RICS is an advantage Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person Application Deadline 30 07 2025
