Roles Responsibilities Lead end-to-end production and operations for the assigned cluster ensuring seamless execution of farming logistics and delivery Drive production planning in alignment with market forecasts in close coordination with the Sales team to ensure uninterrupted SKU supply and fulfilment of consumer demand Oversee the execution of contract farming programs with network farmers ensuring adherence to UFCo s regenerative organic protocols and compliance standards Identify onboard and mobilize suitable farmers with support from the Contract Farming team Motivate train and mentor them in adopting regenerative organic farming practices Supervise field-level activities to ensure adherence to organic farming principles with a strict focus on preventing chemical usage Manage day-to-day operations at the Rural Aggregation Centres RACs including collection sorting grading and short-term storage of produce from network farmers Ensure consistent quality of produce and coordinate with internal operations teams to enable timely movement of vegetables from RACs to Distribution Centres Plan and manage input requirements at the RAC level based on the vegetable production calendar and expected offtake Collaborate with technical teams to implement cutting-edge regenerative agricultural practices relay field-level feedback to the technical Centre of Excellence for continuous improvement Develop and manage budgets for the cluster with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand UFCo s presence across additional geographies within the cluster region Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Agriculture with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in large-scale contract farming and farmer engagement Strong communication skills in English Hindi and the local language Proven leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in field-based agri operations Job Type Full-time Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 500 000 00 per year Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Describe your experience in managing large-scale contract farming operations What is your approach to farmer onboarding and engagement How do you plan and coordinate production in alignment with market demand or sales forecasts what is your current CTC and Expected CTC Work Location In person
