Job Title Marketing Sales Executive Agri Digital Marketing Location Bhopal Job Type Full-Time Experience 2-4 Years Industry Agriculture Agri-Tech Agri Input Agribusiness Job Summary We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Marketing Sales Executive with a solid understanding of agriculture and hands-on experience in digital marketing The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales engaging with the farming community and implementing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer reach across rural and semi-urban markets Key Responsibilities Promote and sell agricultural products such as seeds fertilizers pesticides etc to farmers distributors and agri-retailers Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Conduct farmer meetings field demonstrations and retail visits for product awareness and demand generation Leverage digital platforms Facebook Instagram Google Ads WhatsApp etc to run marketing campaigns tailored for rural audiences Create content and promotions in regional languages to connect better with target customers Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals Coordinate with the marketing team to align online and offline marketing efforts Analyze digital marketing metrics CTR leads conversions and optimize campaigns accordingly Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer preferences Prepare sales and campaign performance reports regularly Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Agriculture Agribusiness Marketing or a related field 2-4 years of experience in agricultural sales and digital marketing Good understanding of farming practices crop cycles and rural customer behavior Hands-on experience in running paid social media campaigns WhatsApp marketing and lead generation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both local language and Hindi English Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and digital analytics platforms Ability to travel frequently to rural areas for fieldwork Preferred Experience in agri input companies or agri-tech startups Knowledge of rural influencer marketing KOLs Key Opinion Leaders and community building Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
