Job Summary We are looking for a disciplined dependable and highly organized Senior Manager - Administration with a strong background in the armed forces to oversee administrative facility and compliance operations for our growing BPO operations in Mumbai The ideal candidate will bring a structured and security-focused mindset ensuring operational efficiency and workplace safety across US and day shifts Key Responsibilities Lead the administration team and manage facility operations across all departments Oversee housekeeping security pantry maintenance and front office management Ensure end-to-end vendor management - evaluation negotiation and performance tracking Maintain high standards of cleanliness discipline safety and orderliness within the premises Supervise shift readiness and support operations running 24x7 Handle transport management asset allocation and infrastructure maintenance Ensure compliance with local municipal laws licenses and statutory requirements Liaise with external agencies - fire police municipal utility providers etc Create SOPs for emergencies fire drills and health safety practices Support leadership in managing space planning audits and crisis management Build a culture of discipline responsibility and operational excellence Eligibility Criteria Retired Army Navy Air Force officer with 10 - 15 years of service Prior experience in corporate administration preferred especially in BPO ITES industry Robust interpersonal leadership and crisis-handling skills Excellent command over written and spoken English and Hindi Tech-savvy with basic understanding of MS Office and reporting tools High integrity discipline and decision-making ability under pressure Preferred Qualities Prior experience in managing US shift-based environments Exposure to facility expansion compliance or security audits Knowledge of vendor contracts AMC management and workforce handling Job Type Full-time Pay 700 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Monday to Friday Rotational shift Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden) Application Deadline 29 07 2025
