We are looking Finance Tie-ups Manager for EV Vehicles with banks for our Dealers with subprime credit who fall outside the conventional system in compliance with special finance lender guidelines and auto dealership policy resulting in quick funding and a high level of customer satisfaction Responsibilities Relationship Management Building and nurturing relationships with bank branches and their staff Cross-selling other financial products to bank customers Monitoring the performance of bank representatives and deepening relationships with existing clients Acting as a liaison between the company and the bank to resolve any issues or concerns Business Development Sourcing vehicle finance business through bank channels Meeting sales targets and revenue goals Developing and implementing strategies for increased market penetration and portfolio growth Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Process Management Handling end-to-end vehicle finance processes from login to disbursement Liaising with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations Ensuring compliance with vehicle finance regulations and company policies Identifying and addressing process gaps to improve efficiency Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in finance business administration or a related field Proven experience in vehicle finance or a similar role preferably with a bank or NBFC Robust understanding of vehicle finance processes regulations and compliance requirements Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Interested candidate can connect on (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Application Question s Have a experience in Automobile Sector Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden) Expected Start Date 05 08 2025
