Job Title Studio Operator Location Noida Sector 62 Company VedPrep Department Media Production Type Full-time In office About VedPrep VedPrep is a leading ed-tech platform committed to delivering quality education to students preparing for IIT-JEE NEET GATE CSIR-NET and UPSC exams We combine top-notch faculty with cutting-edge technology to create a seamless learning experience across our digital platforms Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Studio Operator who will manage and operate our recording studio for both live and recorded educational sessions The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling video audio and lighting equipment and ensure smooth execution of all shoots as per academic schedule Key Responsibilities Set up operate and manage video and audio recording equipment for faculty lectures and online sessions Ensure camera framing lighting and sound quality are optimal before and during shoots Perform live streaming via YouTube Zoom or VedPrep platform when required Collaborate with faculty academic teams and video editors to execute shoots as per content plan Handle basic troubleshooting of studio equipment including microphones mixers lights teleprompters and switchers Manage file transfers and backups after each recording session Maintain studio cleanliness and technical order ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and ready Coordinate with the post-production team for handover of raw footage Keep logs of recorded sessions and manage schedule calendar for the studio Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in studio operations or video production ed-tech background preferred Strong hands-on experience with DSLR cameras PTZ cameras mixers audio interfaces lighting systems and streaming tools Working knowledge of software like OBS Wirecast vMix Adobe Premiere basic or equivalent Familiarity with online education platforms and content formats Positive communication skills to coordinate with academic and editing teams Flexibility to work extended hours during shoot schedules or live classes Preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma in Mass Communication Media Production Film Studies IT related field Certification in video production or audio video editing is a plus Experience working in EdTech broadcasting or YouTube-based production setups What We Offer Opportunity to work with India s top educators and contribute to digital learning impact A dynamic and collaborative work environment Growth opportunities in media production and operations Salary Based on experience and skillset To Apply Send your resume and a short note to hr vedprep com swarn vedprep com with subject line Application Studio Operator - VedPrep Job Type Full-time Pay 8 855 29 - 31 846 34 per month Work Location In person
