Primary Objective To assist the main Mathematics teacher in delivering CBSE curriculum effectively provide personalized support to students and contribute to academic improvement and classroom management Key Responsibilities1 Academic Support Assist in planning and preparing lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum Conduct small group or one-on-one sessions to help struggling students Provide additional practice worksheets and remedial instruction Help students understand core concepts algebra geometry trigonometry statistics etc 2 Classroom Support Support classroom management and maintain discipline Help set up teaching aids math models and digital content before classes Monitor student engagement during class and assist with queries Assist in organizing math-related activities competitions or exhibitions 3 Assessment Evaluation Help the lead teacher prepare and evaluate worksheets class tests assignments and exams Maintain records of student performance and identify areas of improvement Assist in preparing report cards and parent communication notes 4 Technology Tools Operate smart boards projectors and online learning tools e g Google Classroom Microsoft Teams Support in creating and uploading content for digital learning platforms 5 Remedial Enrichment Activities Conduct remedial classes after school for students needing extra help Mentor high-performing students with advanced problem-solving tasks Organize math quizzes puzzles and Olympiad preparation 6 Coordination Collaboration Coordinate with the main subject teacher for lesson alignment Participate in departmental meetings training and workshops Collaborate with parents during PTMs for feedback and strategies for improvement 7 Administrative Duties Maintain student attendance and homework records Help in arranging and supervising examination rooms Contribute to preparing teaching aids visual charts and bulletin boards Skills Qualifications Required Bachelor s Degree in Mathematics B Ed preferred Good knowledge of CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies Robust communication and interpersonal skills Patience and ability to work with varied learning levels Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
