About the Role We re looking for a creative and confident Content Creator Social Media Executive who can not only come up with engaging content ideas but also be comfortable filming and speaking on camera You ll help build personal brands create high-performing content for Instagram and LinkedIn and work closely with our design and strategy teams If you love trends know how to tell a good story and enjoy being part of a growing brand we want to work with you What You ll Do Write captions post copy and scripts for social media Film content regularly you ll be featured in reels stories videos etc Pitch fresh content ideas and keep up with social media trends Plan and manage posting schedules across platforms Monitor content performance and suggest ways to improve Work with designers editors to turn your ideas into polished posts Engage with the audience via DMs comments and story replies What You Need Confidence in speaking on camera Strong written communication and storytelling skills Positive understanding of Instagram LinkedIn reels carousels and content formats Ability to plan and organize a content calendar Creativity and initiative we love original ideas Bonus If You Have Experience in personal branding or working with founders influencers Familiar with Canva CapCut InShot Buffer Later etc Basic video editing or scripting experience A decent home setup for filming good lighting and phone camera Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay Up to 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home
