Author is responsible for managing formatting and publishing approved content on corporate websites and digital platforms for a global organization This role ensures that all web content adheres to brand standards accessibility guidelines and SEO best practices The position focuses on content accuracy consistency and technical compliance rather than content creation The Web Content Author must be able to work flexible hours to support global business operations across multiple time zones What you will do Content Publishing Management Upload format and publish approved content using the organization s CMS e g Sitecore Ensure proper linking navigation and page structure for optimal user experience Maintain content libraries and version control Quality Assurance Review and validate content for accuracy grammar and compliance with brand guidelines Check for broken links missing assets and accessibility compliance WCAG standards Conduct regular audits to ensure content is current and functional SEO Optimization Apply SEO best practices during publishing meta tags alt text headings internal linking Optimize images and media for performance and responsiveness Collaboration Work with marketing design and development teams to ensure content aligns with campaign and business objectives Coordinate with stakeholders to implement approved updates and changes Technical Support
