About US Biswakh Connect a leading fintech company driving financial inclusion in Northeast India seeks a highly motivated Field Officer to join our growing team in Assam This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and businesses while building a rewarding career in the dynamic fintech sector You will play a crucial role in onboarding new customers and merchants providing exceptional support and achieving ambitious growth targets Key Responsibilities Onboard new customers and merchants onto the Biswakh Connect platform ensuring a smooth and efficient process in a month 100 to 150 customer should bring Educate customers and merchants on the platform s features and benefits providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance Achieve and exceed pre-defined sales and customer acquisition targets on a consistent basis Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Identify and address customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions Regularly update and report on progress to the Team Leader Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Travel extensively within assigned territory Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience Proven experience in sales customer service or a related field advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Assamese and English Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory Local resident of Assam preferred Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Proficient in using smartphones and basic computer applications Should have exp in merchant onboarding MUST Job Type Full-time Pay 9 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Advantages Flexible schedule Paid time off Application Question s Do you have experience in Merchant Onboarding Language Hindi Required Location Hojai Assam Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
