- Dispatch Manager Job Title Dispatch Manager Location Sachin GIDC Surat Industry LED Lighting Manufacturing Experience Required Minimum 5 years CTC As per industry standards Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee the dispatch operations at our LED lighting manufacturing unit in Sachin GIDC The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing dispatches logistics coordination and documentation processes preferably within a manufacturing setup Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and coordinate all dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of goods Supervise loading unloading and ensure correct quantity and quality of items being dispatched Maintain daily dispatch records delivery challans invoices and transporter details Coordinate with the production sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations Liaise with transporters and ensure timely vehicle placement Monitor inventory levels to avoid delays due to stock-outs Ensure proper packaging and labeling as per standard norms Oversee the team of dispatch staff and drivers Manage and verify E-way bills and ensure compliance with GST and other applicable regulations Ensure adherence to safety norms and dispatch SOPs Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Night shift Work Location In person
