Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Executive to join our Loans Department The ideal candidate will be responsible for loan application sourcing customer verification documentation collection and assisting with credit evaluations by visiting clients in person This is a field-based role requiring strong communication skills a customer-centric approach and the ability to work independently Key Responsibilities Source potential customers for personal business home or vehicle loans Visit clients to collect and verify loan application documents Conduct on-site verifications including residence employment and business verification as required Assist clients in filling out loan applications and explain terms interest rates and documentation requirements Coordinate with the credit and operations team for processing applications Ensure timely submission of collected documents and maintain accurate field reports Follow up with clients regarding additional information or pending documentation Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during field visits Requirements Proven experience in fieldwork preferably in the financial services or loans sector Good knowledge of various types of loans and basic financial products Robust interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with the local area and willingness to travel extensively Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Language Hindi Required License Certification 2 Wheeler Licence Required Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 31 07 2025 Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
