About Plum Plum is an employee insurance and health benefits platform focused on making health insurance simple accessible and inclusive for modern organizations Healthcare in India is seeing a phenomenal shift with inflation in healthcare costs 3x that of general inflation A majority of Indians are unable to afford health insurance on their own and so as many as 600mn Indians will likely have to depend on employer-sponsored insurance Plum is on a mission to provide the highest quality insurance and healthcare to 10 million lives by FY2030 through companies that care Plum is backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners Roles and ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain the company s networks and servers ensuring smooth daily operations Upgrade install and configure hardware and software in alignment with Plum s goals Hands-on experience with routers firewalls VPNs GSuite administration and Mobile Device Management MDM tools Oversee the lifecycle management of devices including procurement provisioning deployment management and de-provisioning Implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard company data and prevent potential threats Manage user accounts and access controls ensuring secure and streamlined employee onboarding and off-boarding Conduct diagnostic tests and perform troubleshooting to optimise system performance Document IT processes and maintain proper backup and data archiving practices Lead data retrieval and recovery efforts to ensure business continuity Develop and manage feedback and error reporting systems for internal users Supervise mentor and support the IT team fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Track IT infrastructure costs and manage the tools used across the organisation driving efficiency Experience and Qualifications -Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Professional certifications e g Microsoft Cisco are a strong advantage 5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role Extensive experience working with IT systems networks and technologies with a solid focus on security Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach
