Key Roles Accountabilities Install configure and maintain Informatica DEI EDC and related tools Manage Informatica repositories domains and service configurations Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of the Informatica environment Apply patches updates and renew SSL certificates to keep the system up-to-date Provide support for Informatica-related issues including troubleshooting and resolving errors Perform regular maintenance tasks including backups and recovery Optimize performance of Informatica jobs and workflows Analyze and tune system performance and capacity Manage user access and permissions within Informatica tools Ensure proper security practices and compliance with company policies Create connections for users JDBC Mongo Maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures Generate reports on system performance job statuses and other metrics as needed Work with data architects developers and other stakeholders to support data integration and ETL processes Participate in project planning and execution related to data integration initiatives Key Performance Indicators Governance Availability continuity security and operational excellence of IT services Technology adoption and support for digital transformation Compliance with industry standards security benchmarks and operational best practices Staff development Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field 3 years of experience working with Informatica DEI Informatica EDC or other Informatica tools Experience with database management systems e g SQL Server and Linux Robust knowledge of ETL processes data warehousing and data integration concepts Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages Familiarity with security controls implementation vulnerability management security agent s setup patch updates and penetration testing Experience in stakeholder and vendor management Hands-on experience in day-to-day operational tasks such as monitoring performance tuning optimization of Informatica processes and generating management reports Relevant certifications in Informatica Administrator or similar Good organizational and time management skills Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols BDM experience in Informatica is a must have
