Job Overview We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates to join our team as Admission Counsellors The role involves marketing activities parent engagement counselling and local fieldwork to support the school s admission process Key Responsibilities Conduct marketing and outreach activities to generate admission leads Meet and counsel parents to explain school programs and facilities Visit kindergartens play schools and communities for branding and engagement Participate in school events parent meetings and promotional activities Track and maintain records of leads inquiries and follow-ups Support marketing campaigns and local promotions Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to achieve enrolment targets Candidate Requirements Education MBA Marketing Sales preferred or any graduate with robust communication skills Experience Freshers are welcome internship or exposure to sales marketing is an added advantage Skills Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills Attitude Energetic confident and comfortable with fieldwork Work Style Target-oriented and self-motivated Mobility Willing to travel locally for outreach activities Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
