of Salesforce Senior Technical Project Manager Global Office Technology GOT Program Overview As a Senior Technical Project Manager within Salesforce s Global Office Technology GOT program you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for leading some of the company s most complex global infrastructure initiatives The GOT program oversees global office expansions lifecycle management technology refresh and critical changes to Salesforce s office IT infrastructure and backbone data center environments You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability partnering across Business Technology BT Platform Engineering BT Product Engineering Enterprise Security Operations and external vendors to deliver infrastructure and security programs from strategy Experience Skills 5-8 years of progressive experience in technical program or project management with demonstrated IC-level ownership of complex initiatives BS BA in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid delivery models for infrastructure programs Proven success leading enterprise infrastructure and or security programs at scale Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex technical topics clearly Demonstrated ability to operate independently drive execution and deliver results in ambiguous environments Strong stakeholder management negotiation and conflict resolution skills Ability to articulate business impact customer value and technical outcomes to senior audiences High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style Project Management Expertise Scope schedule and dependency management Financial forecasting and budget tracking Risk
