About Us Calids Landscapes is a leading landscape design and execution firm based in Bangalore specializing in turnkey landscape solutions Our services include landscape design garden essentials irrigation maintenance and water features We are seeking a skilled and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team and assist with the efficient management of landscape projects ensuring they are delivered within budget and on schedule As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for cost planning budgeting and coordination of landscape projects both on-site and in-office You will collaborate closely with designers project managers and site teams to ensure project specifications and financial goals are met Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates budgets and manage tender processes for landscape projects Conduct detailed cost analyses and ensure cost control from project inception to completion Coordinate with site teams to oversee project execution and ensure alignment with budget timelines and design specifications Manage contracts and liaise with contractors vendors and clients to resolve financial or operational issues Maintain project documentation including reports contracts and invoices Requirements Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying preferably within the landscape or construction industry Strong understanding of cost management budgeting and project scheduling Ability to work both in an office environment and at project sites coordinating with multiple teams Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software Strong communication and negotiation skills Advantages Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional growth and development A flexible work environment with both site and office responsibilities To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 30 12 2024
