Job description Department Stores Accounts Industry Garment Manufacturing Location Sachin GIDC Surat Reporting To Accounts Manager Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain daily stock inventory and production data for our garment manufacturing unit The role primarily focuses on stock and inventory data management 80 along with basic accounting entries and support 20 The ideal candidate should be accurate detail-oriented and familiar with garment production or factory operations Key Responsibilities Record and update daily stock inwards outwards for raw materials fabrics accessories and finished goods Maintain and update inventory registers material issue slips and stock transfer details Prepare daily weekly and monthly stock reports for management Coordinate with store production and dispatch teams to verify stock movement and reconcile data Track and record purchase receipts job work material movement and consumption reports Assist accounts team with basic accounting entries such as purchase bills sales invoices and payment vouchers Update and maintain ERP Excel accurately and in a timely manner Support in physical stock verification and assist in reconciling variances Ensure proper documentation and digital filing of all store-related records Generate MIS reports related to stock and consumption for management review Required Skills Qualifications Graduate preferably in Commerce Business or related field 3-6 years of experience in data entry or inventory management in a garment manufacturing environment Proficient in Excel and ERP software Good knowledge of stock and material movement processes Basic understanding of accounting entries and documentation Strong attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments Preferred Prior work in apparel manufacturing units is preferable Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
