Position Overview The QA QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all geotextile or plastic products meet the required quality standards customer specifications and ISO compliance The role includes overseeing inspections testing documentation and continuous quality improvement within the production process Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections for raw materials in-process production and finished products Ensure compliance with ISO standards ISO 9001 ISO 14001 etc quality procedures and documentation Conduct testing of geotextile plastic materials GSM tensile strength thickness UV resistance etc Maintain and update QA QC documents including test reports calibration records and inspection checklists Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications Coordinate with the production team to address deviations and corrective actions Prepare Non-Conformance Reports NCR and track corrective preventive actions Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment Assist in internal audits supplier audits and ISO audit preparation Ensure all quality procedures are followed for packing labeling and dispatch Communicate quality-related issues to management and recommend improvements Requirements Minimum 2-5 years of experience as QA QC Engineer in Geotextile or Plastic manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems Hands-on experience with material testing and certification requirements Good documentation and analytical skills Ability to understand engineering drawings and product specifications Must be able to speak and understand English Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Benefits Salary Attractive salary Accommodation Transportation provided Long-term opportunity with a reputed company in Qatar Job Types Full time Permanent Application Question s Are you ready to relocate to QATAR Education Bachelor s Required Experience QA QC geotextile plastic 5 years Required GCC EXP 5 years Required Work Location In person
