Role Overview We are seeking a Finance Manager whose primary responsibility will be the arrangement and collection of funds from banks and outstanding debtors The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of financial institutions loan processes and debt recovery This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to the preparation of necessary documentation for securing funds Key Responsibilities Fundraising and Banking Relationships 1 Develop and maintain robust relationships with banks and other financial institutions 2 Negotiate and secure financing from banks including loans and credit facilities to support the company s financial needs 3 Prepare and present business cases to banks and financial institutions for securing funds Debt Management 1 Proactively manage and collect outstanding debts from clients efficiently maintaining positive client relationships 2 Implement effective debt collection strategies and processes to minimize outstanding debts 3 Coordinate with the sales and customer service departments to resolve disputes that may affect payment collections Documentation and Compliance 1 Prepare review and ensure the accuracy of all financial documents required for fund collection from banks and managing debts 2 Ensure compliance with legal requirements banking regulations and financial policies and procedures 3 Keep abreast of financial regulations and legislation that may affect the company s fundraising activities and debt collection practices Financial Analysis and Reporting 1 Conduct financial analysis to assess the feasibility and risks associated with various funding options 2 Prepare reports on funding and debt collection activities including status updates and financial forecasts Other Responsibilities 1 Taking care of Inter- Company transactions 2 Co-ordinate with marketing team BDM s and clients and recover the over dues payment from debtors 3 Taking care of all bank related issues or queries which needs to be solved on timely basis 4 Managing Accounting Team for timely completion of work 5 Maintain the financial health of the organization 6 Lease with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained 7 Develop trends and projections for the firm s finances 8 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities 9 Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take 10 Any other task require will be discuss time to time Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
