Job Title - Safety Officer Job Purpose To ensure workplace safety by implementing safety procedures conducting risk assessments and promoting a safe working environment for all site personnel in compliance with statutory and organizational regulations Key Responsibilities Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures at the site Conduct regular safety inspections risk assessments and audits Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive and corrective actions Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees contractors and workers Monitor and ensure the use of PPE Personal Protective Equipment at all times Maintain accident and incident reports and investigate root causes of safety breaches Ensure compliance with local laws OSHA regulations and company standards Liaise with site engineers supervisors and contractors to ensure safety is integrated into daily operations Prepare safety reports and submit them to the management periodically Maintain first aid fire-fighting and emergency evacuation readiness Qualifications Diploma Bachelor s degree in Engineering Occupational Safety or related field Certification in Industrial Safety NEBOSH IOSH or equivalent preferred Experience Skills 3-8 years of experience as a Safety Officer preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector Strong knowledge of safety regulations legal standards and industry best practices Positive communication observation and documentation skills Ability to train influence and motivate site staff towards a safety-first culture Conflict resolution and incident handling abilities Drop your CV s at hr deepakbuildersanddevelopers in Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
