Job Summary We are seeking a agile and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the sales and technical teams understanding client requirements presenting appropriate solutions and demonstrating the value of our fire safety and security products and services Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to understand their fire safety and security needs Conduct site visits and surveys to assess client requirements Prepare and deliver technical presentations product demonstrations and proposals Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to develop customized solutions Respond to RFPs and RFQs ensuring technical accuracy and competitiveness Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends product features and competitors offerings Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical clarifications Assist in preparing tender documents and technical quotations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and partners Provide training and technical support to clients post-installation if required Qualifications Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Electronics or related engineering field Proven experience in pre-sales or technical sales within the fire safety and security industry Strong technical knowledge of Fire Fighting Protection Solution Fire Suppression Fire Alarm HVWS MVWS Water Mist Special Protection Systems and Solution CO2 Flooding Inert Gas Additionally Knowledge on CCTV access control intrusion detection and other security solutions is welcome Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications in fire safety security systems Experience with CAD or other design tools Knowledge of industry standards and certifications e g NFPA VdS ISO BIS IEC UL FM Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 150 000 00 per year Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
