Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes The role includes sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates across multiple departments The ideal candidate should have strong hiring skills market knowledge and the ability to handle multiple positions efficiently Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and senior-level positions Source candidates through job portals social media references and networking Screen resumes conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Conduct face-to-face interviews and evaluate candidate fitment Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future requirements Handle bulk hiring niche hiring and urgent recruitment needs Negotiate salary finalise offers and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain recruitment dashboards records and weekly reports Improve recruitment strategies and employer branding Ensure hiring within timelines and budget Train and support junior recruiters when required Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR or related field MBA preferred 3-6 years of experience in recruitment corporate or agency Strong knowledge of job portals sourcing tools and hiring trends Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines Experience in hiring across functions operations admin finance sales technical etc Strong decision-making and people skills Keywords Senior recruiter HR recruiter talent acquisition sourcing interviewing onboarding hiring specialist recruitment manager bulk hiring corporate hiring Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
