Job Title Production Planning Control Engineer Experience 2 - 4 Years Industry Fabrication Manufacturing Engineering Location Talawade Job Summary We are looking for a Production Planning Control Engineer with hands-on experience in fabrication and manufacturing processes The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning scheduling monitoring and controlling production activities to ensure timely project completion and efficient resource utilization Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain daily weekly and monthly production plans Coordinate with the design procurement and fabrication teams to ensure smooth workflow Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks Prepare and update production schedules based on project priorities Ensure availability of raw materials tools and manpower as per the production plan Track work-in-progress WIP and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines Maintain records of production data material consumption and output reports Work closely with the quality team to ensure product standards are met Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Production Engineering or related field 2 to 4 years of experience in Production Planning Control PPC within a fabrication industry Strong knowledge of fabrication processes cutting welding machining assembly Proficient in MS Excel ERP systems and production planning tools Excellent coordination communication and analytical skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 200 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Experience Fabrication 3 years Required Production planning 3 years Required Work Location In person
