Job Title AVP Design Head Company CiaoGreen Location Bengalore Job Summary We re seeking an experienced AVP Design Head to lead our design team in creating innovative and functional commercial spaces You ll oversee design projects from concept to completion ensuring they meet client expectations and our brand standards Responsibilities - Design Leadership Lead and mentor a team of designers to produce high-quality design projects - Client Relations Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Design Development Conceptualize and develop design plans including space planning color schemes and material selection - Project Management Oversee project timelines budgets and quality control - Team Management Lead and develop a team of designers providing guidance and feedback - Business Development Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field - 8-10 years of experience in commercial interior design with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of delivering successful design projects - Strong leadership communication and project management skills - Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite - Knowledge of building codes regulations and sustainability practices Preferred Skills - Master s degree in Interior Design or related field - LEED accreditation or equivalent certification - Experience with project management software and tools - Robust understanding of commercial design trends and best practices Job Type Full-time Pay 100 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
