We are looking for a Fabricator Cum Welder specializing in TIG and ARC welding who is responsible for fabricating and welding various metal components according to technical drawings blueprints and specifications This Role requires precision attention to detail and the ability to interpret Blueprints and technical drawings Job Responsibilities Fabrication Assembly Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications to fabricate and assemble metal components Cut shape and form materials steel stainless steel to the required dimensions and specifications Welding Perform high-quality TIG ARC welding to join metal components with precision and accuracy Weld various materials steel stainless steel using appropriate welding methods to meet project requirements Material Selection and Preparation Select the correct materials based on project specifications ensuring the proper metal type and thickness Prepare materials by cleaning cutting and aligning them for welding Equipment Maintenance Maintain welding equipment and tools ensuring they are in proper working condition Perform regular checks troubleshoot and report any equipment issues to the supervisor Safety and Compliance Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing welding tasks Wear the necessary protective equipment PPE and maintain a safe work environment Collaboration and Communication Work closely with engineers supervisors and team members to ensure project requirements are met and completed on time Provide updates on progress and report any challenges or issues to supervisors Troubleshooting Identify and resolve any welding defects or issues ensuring minimal rework and maintaining quality standards Location Kinfra Trivandrum Qualification Any relevant degree Job Type Full time Work Location In person
