Job Title Electrical Supervisor Division Electrical Reports to Head of Electrical Division Senior Electrical Project Manager Position Supervisory Position Summary The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of electrical engineers and designers in the production of high-quality electrical design drawings and calculations for building systems This role ensures that projects are completed on time within budget and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards The supervisor provides technical guidance coordinates with other disciplines and supports project managers in successful project delivery Key Responsibilities Supervise mentor and assign work to a team of electrical engineers and designers Review and approve electrical design deliverables including power distribution lighting grounding and single-line diagrams Conduct QA QC checks on drawings and specifications produced by the team Perform and review complex electrical calculations load short-circuit coordination arc flash Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during design and construction phases Coordinate electrical design requirements with Mechanical Plumbing and Structural disciplines Assist in the development of project schedules budgets and resource plans Support senior management in training and developing junior staff Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Skilled Engineer PE license strongly preferred 8 years of experience in electrical design for building systems At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and electrical design software e g SKM ETAP In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code NEC and other relevant standards Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
