We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Production Supervisor for our Packing Department in a box manufacturing company The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising packing operations managing operators and helpers ensuring production quality and achieving daily targets with adherence to safety and compliance standards Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day packing operations in the production floor Allocate work to operators helpers and staff to ensure smooth workflow Monitor production output efficiency and quality as per set standards Ensure all packing processes meet company guidelines and customer requirements Maintain records of daily production manpower and material usage Train and guide team members for effective and secure packing practices Coordinate with Quality Production and Maintenance teams for smooth functioning Ensure housekeeping safety protocols and discipline within the department Minimize wastage and maintain cost-effective packing operations Report daily progress issues and manpower updates to the Production Manager Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
