We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Voice Support Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls The role involves addressing customer queries resolving issues providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries complaints or requests Make outbound calls for follow-ups reminders feedback Provide accurate information about products services or processes Record and update customer details in the system accurately Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department when required Maintain call quality standards and achieve daily weekly monthly performance targets Ensure a positive customer experience with professional and polite communication Follow company policies and standard operating procedures during calls Key Skills Competencies Excellent communication skills in Hindi regional language Tamil Telugu Kannada Strong listening problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Willingness to work in shifts including weekends Qualifications Required Minimum 12th Pass Graduate in any stream Freshers or candidates with prior experience in a voice process inbound outbound are welcome Job Type Full time Pay 180 000 00 - 200 000 00 per year Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
